2017: New flights between Davao-City and Dumaguete-City!
Air carrier ”Cebu Pacific” offers soon domestic flights from Davao to Dumaguete. They like to start the new ”air link” exactly for the upcoming Kadayawan Festival, according to City Tourism Operations Office (CTOO) officials.
Means by July 26, Cebu Pacific air carrier will have scheduled flights between Davao and Dumaguete three (3) times a week:
– Monday
– Wednesday
– Friday
New will be also flighted four (4) times a week also from Davao to Tacloban and vice-versa – starting on July 27. Scheduled every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. Those flights will be carried by the ”CEBGO – fleet” of ”ATR aircraft”.

Generose Tecson (CTOO Head): “We’re very happy with these updates as it means opportunities for us. We’re ongoing now with all preparations and more. …”.
Western mainstream media reported improper about the declaration of Martial Law in some parts of Mindanao. This has – of course – affected the tourism sector in Davao City, whole Mindanao, Negros Island (Dumaguete) and the Philippines in general.
To boost tourism in the southern Philippines – those new flights are seen as another door of opportunities for the local tourism industry and to say ”Thank You” to all tourists who are not tapped into the propaganda trap of the fake news media.
Aside from the direct Davao flights (last week of July 2017), Cebu Pacific will also launch other flights between Cebu – Masbate, Zamboanga – Cotabato, and Cagayan de Oro – Zamboanga.
