Of course, we can not tell you the recipe of our special salad dressing. But one thing seems to be important to us that you know: our salad dressing does not contain additional flavor enhancers such as glutamates (MSG) or ”industrial antioxidants”.
Therefore, it is important that you store the salad dressing in your refrigerator. This allows you to use the MIFUNE salad dressing within several weeks. As mentioned above, we do not use any additional stabilizers and we think our MIFUNE dressing is quite good for a month. This is the reason too why we offer you the sauce in a small 330 mL glass bottle. No plastic and a good twist closure, for the durability and freshness of your MIFUNE salad sauce.
